2.
Ultreya schedules need to be published.

Timing of issues
Fall issue will be small and dedicated to the weekend at Front Royal.
Discussion on the fall weekend:
A call has been made to combine the community weekend with a candidate weekend at Front Royal.
The candidate weekend will be held at Front Royal. The Core team has been secured for weekend 129, save for a Senior Spiritual Director. The community will be encouraged to involve themselves in the National Episcopal Cursillo Seminar in Virginia Beach the following weekend.
Other discussions:
We have decided as a group to refocus ourselves and our energy on the Fourth Day. This should be centered on the sponsors, thanks to Roger for making this clear to us. We should work on our small group dynamics. New Cursillista must be brought up through grouping and Ultreya (living the fourth day) long before they actually make their weekend.
Prayer requests were taken for Jack, J. R. Mils, Bill Jones, Van Esslestyn family travel and their walk with Christ, Sherry Thomas and Dave Wright for surgery and family matters.
The meeting was closed in prayer at 11:30 am.
Respectfully submitted,
John Symonds
Recorder in the stead of Connie Smith
